چکیده
Bacterial intestinal infections are one of the main diseases in pigs different ages. pig digestive tract lead to significant economic losses due high mortality, reduced growth, treatment and prevention costs.
The bacterial anaerobic enterotoxemia (clostridiosis), colibacillosis, salmonellosis, dysentery, proliferative enteropathy (ileitis).
Anaerobic is an acute toxic-infectious disease mainly newborn piglets, caused by pathogenic bacteria genus Clostridium characterized hemorrhagic-necrotic inflammation mucosa, diarrhea toxicosis.
Swine colibacillosis infection enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, which able produce enterotoxins that locally affect intestines pigs, causing diarrheal syndrome.
Intestinal salmonellosis a factorial infection. causative agents enteropathogenic salmonella (mainly Salmonella enterica serotype typhimurium), cause necrosis small large intestine, leading diarrhea, may be accompanied generalized sepsis.
Dysentery severe enteroinfection bacterium Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, fever, debilitating mucohemorrhagic dehydration, mortality among animals.
Proliferative sporadic Lawsonia intracellularis. form ileitis, known as hemorrhagic enteritis, hemorrhage sudden death, usually occurs older than 4 months.
Diarrhea piglets can also enterococci (Enterococcus spp.) chlamydia (Chlamydia suis). Enterococcal mostly common rearing it believed most subclinical.

Emerging insights on intestinal dysbiosis during bacterial infections☆
Infection of the gastrointestinal tract is commonly linked to pathological imbalances of the resident microbiota, termed dysbiosis. In recent years, advanced high-throughput genomic approaches have allowed us to examine the microbiota in an unprecedented manner, revealing novel biological insights about infection-associated dysbiosis at the community and individual species levels. A dysbiotic m...
متن کاملSwine Workers and Swine Influenza Virus Infections
In 2004, 803 rural Iowans from the Agricultural Health Study were enrolled in a 2-year prospective study of zoonotic influenza transmission. Demographic and occupational exposure data from enrollment, 12-month, and 24-month follow-up encounters were examined for association with evidence of previous and incident influenza virus infections. When proportional odds modeling with multivariable adju...
متن کاملLaboratory Diagnosis of Nosocomial Bacterial Infections Using Standard Methods
Background and objective: Implementation of standard methods for accurate detection of bacteria, correct antibiotic susceptibility testing and effective treatment of bacterial infections play important roles in development of public health and prevention of drug resistance. This study aimed to detect bacteria using standard methods and compare the results with the results obtained in teaching h...
متن کاملPattern of Bacterial and Fungal Infections in Neutropenic Pediatric Patients
Backgrounds: Neutropenia can be associated with life-threatening infections. Gram negative and staphylococcal infections are the most common pathogens. The spectrum of bacterial isolates has changed considerably over the past four decades. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the pattern of bacterial and fungal infections in neutropenic pediatric patients. Methods: A non-randomize...
